Autodesk Technical Support

Free web support is available directly from Autodesk for anyone who has an active annual subscription contract with Autodesk.

Login to the Autodesk Subscription Center

You must login to the Autodesk Subscription Center using the login and password Autodesk assigned to you when you purchased your subscription contract.

Once logged into the Autodesk Subscription Center, in the list on the left of the page, click the Tech Support link to open the Tech Support page to create a new support request.

Don't know your user ID or password?

If you don't know your user ID or password go to the Autodesk Subscription Center and request it be emailed to you (Simple Solutions FM does not have your login information).

You will need the email address of your contract manager on file with Autodesk. If you do not know who your contract manager is, contact us and we will forward the information to you.
