What is FM:Systems Offering?

FM:Systems, and other software manufacturers, are offering FMDesktop migration options. FM:Systems, under the partner agreement with Autodesk Inc., is offering the following:

• FMDesktop customers currently under subscription, extended support until their subscription term ends.
• To renew lapsed FMDesktop subscription contracts, at the previously paid subscription price and without a penalty charge, anytime before January 14, 2011.
• Once on subscription with FM:Systems, you may choose to migrate your FMDesktop product licenses to FM:Systems' web based space application FM:Interact, without additional product costs. Going forward, the annual subscription cost will become the FM:Interact standard subscription cost.
  
  Additional functionality, including Move Management, Project Management and Real Estate Portfolio Management, and additional seats for current capabilities may be licensed for an additional fee.
• FM:Systems will provide special training classes at their headquarters in Raleigh, NC at no fee (other than travel cost we assume) for FMDesktop users who transition their current licenses to FM:Systems web based product licenses.
