SPLIT AND SAVE OPTIONS

Batch REnew can split a single file or document into multiple files based on your Split and Save Options settings.

Select a file splitting option such as blank pages, a numeric interval, or barcodes. Batch REnew will separate your file into individual files. Next, specify naming rules for your newly created files. As Batch Renew runs, the clean-up settings defined and the naming rules specified will automatically run during the splitting operation.

BARCODE RECOGNITION

Barcode scanning is the easiest and fastest way to scan information into usable files. Using Batch REnew barcode recognition, an entire stack of documents can be split into individual files at every barcode, renamed using the data contained in the barcode and routed to any specified folder or to a folder named by the barcode information. If the file does not exist, Batch REnew will create it.
